settling into our new home!
It has been just over 6 weeks since Protel re-located to their new offices in the centre of Coventry. We have since been settling into our new home!
The move went extremely well, and within days, our staff had nicely settled in and have since been making the most of the new work spaces that we have here.
Our new space comprises of an open plan main office and reception, where you can find our dedicated duo of Project Managers – Jag and Lorraine, along with Operations Director James and Project Administrator Gaby – all ensuring that our fieldwork jobs are on track and running smoothly. Just next door, we have our fully equipped CATI Telephone Research Facility, with 14 permanent workstations in place; all overseen by our hands-on CATI supervisor John, or his dependable ‘understudy’ Binay.
Heading into the back of the building, we are making great use of our multi-functional room, which allows for work-packs to be prepared, questionnaires to be printed, Data Entry to take place, or indeed just a quiet space to go and prepare the next quote!
Venture downstairs and we have established our quiet and inspiring ‘Studio’. This is where our employees can go, to take time out of their busy day, mull over the logistical arrangements for a new job, have some 121 training or just take 10 minutes to go and re-charge their batteries! Whilst there, you might bump into Tina, Protel’s newest Director, preparing to meet a new client…and on the lookout for invoices, you could find Lucy, our Finance Director, hurriedly on the move to meet the next deadline!
